Located at 5456 Washington Street in Prattsville, this $21-Million multigenerational housing development features 45 apartments for seniors 55+ and working families with modest incomes set in a 12.4-acre campus. Many of the apartments at the Mews include rental assistance that allows vulnerable populations to live sustainably and affordably.
