The Vineland Housing Authority (VHA) is accepting Public Housing and Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) waiting list applications for 0, 1, 4, 5 and 6-bedroom units from the earliest confirmed open date of July 16, 2024 at 12:00 am, until further notice. 

Preferences

This waiting list has the following preferences:

  • Living or working in Vineland
  • Disabled
  • Veteran

Selection Process

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

Application Method

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

  1. Complete the online application.
  2. Print the paper application.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be: Mailed to the Vineland Housing Authority,191 W Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360.
