The Oshkosh/Winnebago County Housing Authority (OWCHA) waiting list for Waite Rug Place is currently closed. Applications for 1-Bedroom Public Housing and 1 and 2-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher units were last accepted until August 1, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. CT.
