I am looking for someone to take over my lease! I have a room available on W 3rd St. near Cherry and Ivy which is less than a 5 minute walk to campus and is right around the corner from Rileys. The place is a 4 bedroom, 1 (big) bath unit that cost $514 per month which includes utilities (PG&E, water, trash). Washer and dryer, central heating and window a/c unit available. There are 3 other girls who live there are covid safe.
