Holgate Apartments offers approximately 82 one- bedroom apartments in a six-story, elevator-equipped building. This complex is ideally located in a residential neighborhood with scenic views of Franklin Park. Built in the 1960s, Holgate has maintained close ties with the surrounding community, especially area churches. Through its many partnerships, Holgate offers many interesting activities and services to residents.

Offer many amenities for elderly and disabled individuals, which include emergency pull cords in the bedrooms and bathrooms as well as intercoms in every apartment. They have units that are handicapped accessible and we may modify existing apartments based on Reasonable Accommodation requests.

Residents pay 30 percent of their income towards rent, prorated rent, or a predetermined flat rent.
