ATTENTION APPLICANTS:

At this time, due to the COVID virus, FHA will not be conducting face-to-face interviews. All interviews will be done by telephone.

Applications may be returned to FHA at the front office window. Please try to bring any required documents (i.e. SS card, picture ID, birth certificates) with you so that they may be copied at that time.

The Fulton Housing Authority owns, operates and maintains 200 Public Housing units throughout the city limits of Fulton.    

The Housing Authority also administers the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program for the City of Fulton. A Section 8 Voucher helps eligible families pay the rent for apartments owned by private landlords. 

Anyone seeking housing assistance in the Fulton, Missouri is eligible to apply for housing assistance. 

If determined eligible, the Housing Authority will request references and documentation to assess whether the applicant will make a good tenant. The Housing Authority will deny admission to any applicant who demonstrates negative actions or behaviors which will have a detrimental effect on the Public Housing tenants and environment.
