The revitalization project, called The Commons at Martineztown, includes converting the existing 96 public housing units to Project Based Vouchers through a combination of Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) and Section 18 Disposition, to affect the recapitalization of the existing buildings located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

The property provides housing to seniors and disabled residents as well as families with children and is currently owned and operated by AHA. The site is located on east edge of downtown Albuquerque in the historic Martineztown neighborhood and on the El Camino Real de Tierra Adentro National Historic Trail.
