Bakerview Apartments in Everett, WA

Bakerview is a mid-rise apartment community located in North Everett’s Delta neighborhood serving elderly (62+) and adult residents with disabilities. There are 123 studio, 14 one-bedroom, and 14 two-bedroom apartments at Bakerview. The entire building has recently been remodeled, including new windows, flooring, appliances and paint.

The rent at Bakerview is subsidized with project-based vouchers and residents pay approximately 30% of their monthly household income towards rent. On-site laundry is available to residents. Eight units are adapted for wheelchair use. Small pets are allowed with prior permission from the Property Manager.

The recent remodel of Bakerview included its grounds, adding several garden boxes on the east side of the property that are being maintained by residents.  Residents who like to garden can sign up to maintain a complete or partial garden box for their own enjoyment on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Bakerview Community Center has two large halls with kitchens that host many events that enrich the lives of Bakerview and Baker Heights residents.
