Each floor conveniently includes a lobby area and laundry facilities with new front end loading washers and dryers and folding tables. Originally built in 1964, Lapham Park was completely remodeled in 2013 and includes 201 apartments that are fully accessible and 6 apartments with special features for those with hearing and visual impairments.
