Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Project-Based Waiting List

The Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) waiting list for Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) apartments is closed.

The DSHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of March 9, 2022, until March 18, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was emailed, mailed or faxed to the DSHA. Any applications received after March 18, 2022 will be returned.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
