Moderate Rehabilitation Project-Based Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Frederick (HACF) Moderate Rehabilitation Program waiting list for apartments at the Carriage House is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least February, 2021 until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, pick up an application at the HACF main office, located at 209 Madison St, Frederick, MD 21701.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
