Federal Program Project-Based Waiting List

The Pittsfield Housing Authority (PHA) Federal Program waiting list for 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom apartments is currently open. 

The PHA is accepting applications for this waiting list as of February, 2022, until further notice.

Please note: The housing program has not yet been confirmed for this waiting list. "Federal Program" is a generic term.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
