Waterworks ll Senior/ Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Somerville Housing Authority (SHA) is accepting Senior and Disabled Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Waterworks ll Apartments from July 1, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property: 

• Waterworks II Apartments - located at 485 Mystic Valley Parkway, Somerville, Massachusetts.

Income Qualification

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $57,000 | 2 Persons $65,300

Preferences

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Reside in Somerville, work in Somerville or have been hired to work in Somerville.
• Veterans

Selection Process

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.

Application Method

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be: Turned into the SHA office, located at 30 Memorial Road, Somerville, MA 02145.
