61 Park St, 90 Longwood Ave and 50 Pleasant St Apartments, 1-Bedroom LIHTC Project-Based Waiting List

The Brookline Housing Authority (BHA) is accepting Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at 61 Park St, 90 Longwood Ave and 50 Pleasant St Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of January 10, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• 61 Park St Apartments - located at 61 Park St, Brookline, MA.
• 90 Longwood Ave Apartments - located at 90 Longwood Ave, Brookline, MA.
• 50 Pleasant St Apartments - located at 50 Pleasant St, Brookline, MA.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: 

• Families with the Local Preference who have been displaced due to flood, fire, or other natural disaster that renders the family’s dwelling uninhabitable.
• Families with the Local Preference who have been displaced due to Board of Health Condemnation and that renders the family’s dwelling unit uninhabitable.
• Families with Local Preference who have been displaced due to DV. The family member has been or is currently a victim of DV, dating Violence, sexual assault or stalking.
• RAD Part I conversion households and for households displaced due to demolition/redevelopment.
• Local residents are defined as families who are living in Brookline, work 20+hrs in Brookline OR who have children in the Brookline Public Schools.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
