Nicols Pointe, Near Elderly Project-Based Waiting List

The Dakota County Community Development Agency (DCCDA) is accepting Near Elderly waiting list applications for apartments at Nicols Pointe from the earliest confirmed date of January 26, 2024, until further notice.

Please note: This waiting list is for applicants age 55 and older. Nicols Pointe is a 24-unit apartment building in Eagan that will open in summer 2024.

To apply while the waiting list is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences;

• Veterans.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
