Veteran Project-Based Waiting List

The Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA) Veteran waiting list for apartments at the communities listed below is currently open. Applications are being accepted from December 10, 2019, until further notice.

Please note: According to the SNRHA, "The Veteran/Disabled Veteran must be the head, spouse, co-head or sole member of the household. At the time of eligibility, the Veteran must submit their DD214 or other official discharge documents from the Official Military Personnel File which show enlistment and discharge dates, branch of service, social security number, birthdate, net active service and type of discharge. If the military documents are not submitted in accordance the Veteran’s/Disabled Veteran’s name will be withdrawn from the waiting list."

This opening is for the following communities:

• Espinoza Terrace RAD/PBV (Henderson, must be 55 years of age or older) Bedroom size: 0/1, 2
• Lubertha Johnson RAD/PBV (Must be 55 years of age or older) Bedroom size: 0/1, 2
• Rose Gardens RAD/PBV (Must be 55 years of age or older) Bedroom size: 0/1, 2
• Marion Bennett RAD/PBV (Must be 62 years of age or older or Disabled) Bedroom size: 0/1, 2
• Coronado Drive (Henderson, must be 55 years of age or older) Bedroom size: 0/1, 2
• Designated Senior (Must be 55 years of age or older) Bedroom size: 0/1, 2
• Conventional Public Housing, Bedroom size: 1, 2, 3, 4
• Hampton Court (Henderson), Bedroom size: 1, 2, 3
• Vera Johnson A Mixed Finance, Bedroom size: 2, 3
• Vera Johnson B RAD/PBV, Bedroom size: 2, 3
• Biegger Estates RAD/PBV, Bedroom size: 2, 3, 4
• Landsman Gardens RAD/PBV (Henderson) Bedroom size: 2, 3, 4, 5
• Juan Garcia PBV, Bedroom size 2, 3, 4
• Patriots Place Apartments PBV, Bedroom size: 1, 2

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application that is available online (in English or Spanish), and the HUD Supplemental Form here.

It is not known how to submit the application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Head/Spouse/Co-Head is a Veteran
• Spouse of a Deceased Veteran whose death was service connected
• Disabled Veteran with a Service Connected Disability
• Head/Spouse/Co-Head a full time student enrolled in an accredited program?
• Employed at least 20 hours per week
• Receiving SSI/SSD or any disability pension
• 62 year of age or older
• Head/Spouse/Co-Head: Currently lives, works, or has been hired to work in Clark County
