55+ Senior Waiting List

The Minot Housing Authority (MHA) is accepting 55 & Older waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of March, 2019, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

To apply while the waitlist is open, open and print the application that will be available on the MHA website. Select the "Application" link for a 55 & Older community.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Mailed to the MHA at 108 Burdick Expressway East, #1, Minot, ND 58701.
2. Faxed to (701) 852-3043.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
