Williamsport Terrace Project-Based Waiting List

The Pickaway Metropolitan Housing Authority (PMHA) waiting list for apartments at Williamsport Terrace is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least August 2021, until further notice.

• Williamsport Terrace, is located at 634 S. Water Street in Williamsport, OH. Has 1 and 2-bedroom units.

There are three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application available here.
3. Pick up an application from PMHA office, located at 176 Rustic Drive, Circleville, Ohio 43113 Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
