The North Charleston Housing Authority (NCHA) last accepted Senior Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments for The Villas at Horizons Village from May 29, 2024, until June 11, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.
