Sitgraves Section 8 New Construction Project-Based Waiting List

Housing Opportunity Management Enterprises (HOME) last accepted Section 8 New Construction waiting list applications for Sitgraves apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of March, 2020, until the earliest confirmed close date of October 25, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: This is not the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program. Section 8 New Construction tenants are required to live in a specific apartment community or scattered site.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
