The Foundation Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of Butte (HACB) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for The Foundation Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of December 8, 2023, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• The Foundation - located at 1297 Park Ave., Chico, CA 95928. Offering Studio, 1 and 2-bedroom units.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
