Empire and Wilson Apartments Public Housing Waiting List

The St. Cloud Housing and Redevelopment Authority (SCHRA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for Empire and Wilson Apartments apartments from September 1, 2023, until further notice.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application. The application is available in English, Spanish, and Somali.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not yet known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
