Please note: The Anderson Housing Authority manages individual waiting lists for the Pineville Housing Authority and Lanagan Housing Authority.

The Pineville Housing Authority (PHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for general occupancy.


The PHA offers one Public Housing community with 30 units for general occupancy, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.



There are two ways to apply: 

  1. Visit the Anderson Housing Authority (AHA) to pick up a pre-application, located at 500 Tatum St., Anderson, MO 64831, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (417) 845-6351 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.


No documents are needed at this time.


The PHA does have a preference for: Senior or disabled applicants.
