Alfred Speer Village, 2 and 3-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Passaic (HACP) is accepted Public Housing waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Alfred Speer Village from August 30, 2024 at 8:30AM until September 6, 2024 at 4:00PM. It is not known when the list was last opened or when it may open again.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Passaic Resident Veterans
• Passaic Resident and not a Veteran
• Working in the City of Passaic

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
