Maurice View Apartments, 1 and 2-Bedroom Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

The Millville Housing Authority (MHA) is accepting Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Maurice View Plaza Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of January 30, 2024, until further notice.

Please note: According to the MHA " Maurice View is a a Public Housing low rise for young disabled (18-49 years of age)." 

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Maurice View Plaza - located at 1 East Vine Street, Millville, New Jersey 08332.

This waiting list has the following preferences: 

• Disability
  • A preference for a family who includes a family member who is a person with disabilities. However, there cannot be a preference for a specific disability.
• Veteran of the United States Armed Forces
  • Only veterans discharged or released from active duty in the armed forces under honorable conditions are eligible for veterans' preference.
• Ranking
  • Any family terminated from the MHA HCV program due to insufficient program funding receives the highest selection preference. Families who qualify for a disability preference are the next highest selection preference.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
