Near-Elderly, Studio Senior Public Housing Waiting List

The Providence Housing Authority (PHA) is accepting Near-Elderly (50 and older) Public Housing waiting list applications for Studio apartments from August 15, 2023 at 12:01 am, until further notice.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Working families where the head, cohead, or sole member is employed at least 20 hours per week.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
