The Charleston County Housing & Redevelopment Authority (CCHRA) 3 and 4 Bedroom Single-Family Public Housing waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted for one day in February, 2018. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: The CCHRA advertises this program as waiting list as Single-Family Housing. It is important that this term does not get mixed up with single-family households. Single-Family Housing means that the building is used as one dwelling unit for a single household.
