The Fairmontt-Morgantown Housing Authoritiy (FMHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.Please note: The Public Housing Development is in Fairmont, WV.The FMHA offers one Public Housing community with 136 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the FMHA to pick up an application, located at 103 12th Street,  Fairmont, WV 26554, between the hours of 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
  2. Download the application here, then print and complete.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed to PO Box 2738, Fairmont, WV 26554, or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.No preferences were noted.More information can be found by visiting the FMHA website at http://www.fmhousing.com/, or by calling 304-363-0860 or (800)637-7464, between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
