Chico, 1-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of Butte (HACB) Public Housing waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments in Chico is closed.

The HACB last accepted applications for this waiting list from an unconfirmed open date, until the earliest confirmed closed date of January 31, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print out the application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was either:

1. Mailed to the BCHA office.
2. Hand delivered to the BCHA office.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.
