Please note: Southeastern Community & Family Services covers the counties of Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, Hoke, Pender, Robeson and Scotland, NC.

The Southeastern Community & Family Services (SCFS) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was closed in June 2014 for the first time since initially opening. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.


As of July 2015, it will take SCFS 11 years to exhaust all households currently on the waiting list, excluding future purges.
