Hugo Housing Authority Section 8 Voucher Waiting List

The Hugo Housing Authority (HHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.Hugo, OK is about 180 miles southeast of Oklahoma City, OK.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 300 13th Pl, Hugo, OK 74743, from 8:30 until 12:00 pm CT; and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (580) 326-3348 from 8:30 until 12:00 pm; and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:30 until 12:00 pm; and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.Please note: Once the pre-application has been handed in, you are required to attend an orientation meeting that is held every Wednesday at the HHA office at 2:00 pm.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of all income.The HHA does not have a preference.Applicants will receive a confirmation number upon submitting the pre-application. It is important to keep that number in a safe, easy to access place.
